Virtual Event, Worldwide : 11 - 12 February 2025
At the EACR, we know that conferences are about more than just hearing the latest research. Our events are well known for providing excellent opportunities for networking, interaction and discussion. Here are some of the features you can look forward to at the EACR virtual conference on Drugging and Regulating the MAP Kinase Pathway 2025.
Tuesday 11 February 2025, 16:45-17:45 CET
Wednesday 12 February 2025, 12:30-13:30 CET
There are two dedicated 60-minute Poster Discussion Sessions in the programme. These sessions will be delivered through the Zoom Meeting platform. Full details of how each session will work will be detailed on our "On the day guide" page of the website. This will be made available shortly after the registration deadline of Friday 24 January 2025.
An online abstract book will be available to logged-in participants for you to browse and click in to view each virtual poster at any time during the conference.
Feedback from our previous Virtual Poster Discussion Sessions:
"The poster sessions were extremely well-organised and interactive. This type of session provides a very inspiring platform to interact with other people working in the field more openly and facilitates great scientific exchange."
“I felt fully involved in the conference most especially during the breakout session where I was able to present my work and also get to discuss it with other great minds."
"The virtual social and networking experiences provided me with valuable connections and insights that I wouldn’t have been able to gain otherwise."
Wednesday 12 February 2025, 17:10-17:50 CET
Our Scientific Programme Committee - René Bernards, Anna Obenauf, Marco Hofmann and Chiara Ambrogio - will join together to deliver their thoughts about the meeting before discussing the question: “New challenges for old therapeutic targets: What's next?"
This will be a forum for open discussion and participants are invited to ask questions and contribute to the conversation.
Conference participants will be sent a list of the attendees who opted-in to sharing their details. You can use this list to contact fellow conference goers to start a discussion about their presentation, abstract or maybe a question they asked during a talk.
Follow us on X for updates @EACRnews and engage with the conference by tagging us in your posts. You could use this to promote your virtual poster, to comment on a talk you enjoyed or to continue the discussion with other participants.
Above: Friendly faces enjoying a recent EACR virtual conference. As part of the conference participants will have the chance to view our selected posters through the Zoom Meeting platform. Further information regarding this new poster viewing format will be available before the conference takes place. We are very excited to provide participants with this fantastic opportunity to network, discuss posters and ask questions!
