Welcome Reception

Tuesday 09 May 17:30-18:15

A complimentary buffet dinner will be served for all participants and exhibitors to enjoy on Tuesday evening. Why not take the opportunity to make new connections in an informal setting! The trade exhibition will be open at this time, and Poster Discussion Session 1 will follow at 18:15.

Poster Discussion Sessions

Tuesday 09 May, 18:15-19:45
Wednesday 10 May, 13:20 – 14:50

There are two dedicated 90-minute Poster Discussion Sessions in the programme. At these times, the presenters for that session should stand by their posters to discuss their work with other participants and invited speakers. As well as the dedicated sessions, there are also additional poster viewing opportunities at the beginning of each day when posters can be freely browsed.

Meet the Scientific Programme Committee

Wednesday 10 May, 18:20 - 18:50

This informal session will be a fantastic opportunity for participants to interact with our esteemed Scientific Programme Committee:

The committee members will reflect on the conference so far before each providing insight into their personal and professional experiences of their routes into scientific leadership. They will then take questions from the audience. 

Conference Dinner

Wednesday 10 May, 20:00 - 22:00 (Optional ticketed event)

The Conference Dinner will take place on the final night of the meeting. It will be an excellent opportunity for participants and speakers to get to know each other in a relaxed and informal environment.

The dinner is being held at the 5* rated Hotel Casa Fuster, located just a short walk away from La Pedrera. The evening will consist of a ‘cocktail-style’ dinner with guests able to walk around the beautiful setting whilst choosing food from a selection of hot and cold plates. Drinks will also be provided at the event.
