Yes you can - once you have paid for your registration, you will have the option to download a letter of invitation for the meeting. If you have any trouble downloading your letter, then please contact christopher.iliffe@eacr.org.
No, there is no onsite registration; you should register and pay for the conference online by the registration deadline. It is not possible to register and pay for the conference on site. If you are based in a country where online payment is not possible, please contact christopher.iliffe@eacr.org and we will try to help you. Please note that for certain countries it may not be possible to make payments, depending on the banking restrictions in place, which are outside of our control.
The registration fee includes lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, regular coffee breaks, and a welcome reception on Tuesday evening. A Conference Dinner will be taking place on Wednesday evening. Tickets for the dinner are optional and must be purchased seperately when completing your registration.
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print or download following the completion of a short evaluation survey. CME accreditation is not available for participants at this conference.
Please note that it is against our policy to complete administrative forms issued by a third party organisation in order to set up the EACR as a ‘supplier’ solely for the purposes of payment of registration fees. If this means that an organisation cannot pay the EACR by bank transfer, payment by credit card is necessary.
