Note that there are two buildings with the same address, and that our conference will take place on the ‘Monod’ site.
Please make your way to the main entrance of the Charles Mérieux Amphitheater and Atrium when you arrive at the venue. You will see the EACR registration desk and an EACR banner immediately inside the main entrance. You can register from 11:30 CET on Tuesday 18 March. Once registered you will be given your conference badge and pocket programme. If you notified us of any dietary requirements, these will be listed on the back of your badge in both English and French. Please ensure you always wear your name badge while you're at the conference. We aim to recycle as many badges as possible and so it would be helpful if you could hand yours to the EACR staff after use.
You are welcome to leave your coat and luggage in the luggage storage area located behind the registration desk, but please note that this is an unsupervised area, and personal items are left there at your own risk.
Poster presenters can display their poster on their assigned board as soon as they are registered. The boards are 90cm wide by 140cm tall (portrait) and posters should be no larger than 85cm wide by 135cm tall (portrait). Please find your designated poster board (the correct poster number will be in the corner of each board) and attach your poster. You can display your poster on your assigned board from 11:30am on Tuesday 18 March. The poster must be taken down from 10:15am on Thursday 20 March. Materials to attach your poster will be provided for you.

If you are a solo traveller, attending the conference on your own, then please feel free to join us at the EACR Banner in the Exhibition area during the afternoon coffee break on Day 1 (between 14:50-15:20) to connect with fellow solo attendees. Our friendly EACR staff will be on hand to assist you, answer questions and offer insights into local dining spots and noteworthy attractions.
We will be providing refreshments during our designated Coffee Breaks as well as providing a selection of food during the lunch breaks on Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference.
Dietary Requirements (by prior arrangement only): Please identify yourself to the serving staff. Confirmed dietary requirements will be detailed on the reverse of your conference badge.
Tuesday 18 March, 17:30 - 18:15
Taking place on the first evening in the Exhibition Hall at the venue, our welcome reception will give participants the opportunity to meet new colleagues and reconnect with friends. A light buffet and welcome drinks will be served for all participants and exhibitors to enjoy.
Wednesday 19 March (19:30 CET) - smart dress required
The Conference Dinner will be taking place on the final evening of the conference at La Maison Restaurant, a short walk from the conference venue. If you have already registered for the Conference Dinner, this will be listed on your conference badge. If you expected to have a Conference Dinner ticket but did not receive one, then please come to the EACR registration desk during a coffee break.
It is important that you bring your participant badge with you to La Maison for entry to the restaurant and for catering arrangements otherwise you may not be permitted entry.
Please do not arrive at the venue any earlier than 19:00pm.
You must arrive by 19:30pm at the latest.
