COVID-19 

We aim to protect the health of all participants, their contacts and the wider public. If you test positive for COVID-19, please do not travel to the conference. If you are unable to attend due to testing positive for COVID-19, we will refund your registration fee.

As of 1 June 2022, COVID-19 green certification is no longer required for entry into Italy from EU and non-EU countries. Before travelling, we recommend you check the latest advice and requirements listed by the Ministero della Salute, the government of the country/countries you are travelling from and to, and your travel providers.

Arrival at the venue

You will see an EACR banner displayed just outside the entrance to the Centro Congresso. The registration desk (pictured right) will be immediately on your left as you enter. You can register from 11:30 CEST on Tuesday 28 March to collect your name badge and pocket programme. If you notified us of any dietary requirements, these will be listed on the back of your badge in both English and Italian. Please ensure you wear your badge at all times while you're at the conference, and after the event we will collect your badge for recycling.

You’re welcome to leave your coat and luggage in the cloakroom on the lower ground floor. Please note that this is an unsupervised area and personal items are left there at your own risk.

Poster presenters can display their poster on their assigned board as soon as they are registered. 

Refreshments 

We encourage you to bring and use your own reusable water bottles and coffee cups at the venue.

We will be providing vegetarian refreshments during our designated Coffee Breaks as well as providing a selection of vegetarian food during the lunch breaks on Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference. We will also be providing tea and coffee from 08:15am on Wednesday 29 March and Thursday 30 March.

Dietary Requirements (by prior arrangement only): Please identify yourself to the serving staff. Confirmed dietary requirements will be detailed on the reverse of your conference badge.

Conference Dinner – Wednesday 29 March (19:30 CEST)

We have no further spaces for the Conference Dinner. If you have already booked your place at the conference dinner please click here for venue and further details. 

If you have already registered for the Conference Dinner, then you should receive a ticket tucked inside the plastic holder of your conference badge. If you expected to have a Conference Dinner ticket but did not receive one, then please come to the EACR Helpdesk during a coffee break.  

Entrance will only be permitted to the Conference Dinner with a valid ticket. Please ensure that you bring your ticket with you to the Ristorante Taverna Valtellinese on the evening of the dinner otherwise you may not be permitted entry. Please arrive at the restaurant in plenty of time to be seated. The dinner will begin at 19:30 CEST.  

Digital Abstracts and Posters

We’re working to reduce the environmental impact of our conferences, which is why we’re providing as much information as we can digitally. Please note that we are no longer providing notebooks at our conferences.  

The pocket programme you’ll receive contains the scientific programme and an index of poster titles. All the speaker and poster abstracts, as well as optional digital posters, are available in our searchable Digital Abstracts and Posters area (login required for access).
