Members of the European Association for Cancer Research receive special registration rates for all EACR conferences. Our membership fees offer excellent value with low fees for student and early career researchers.

How can I get my reduced registration rate?

• I already have an EACR Events account
  • Please log in to your EACR Events account and register to attend this meeting
  • Click I'd like to join the EACR Community and become a member. From your account profile page click I'd like to become a member and fill out the membership application form
  • We will review and approve your application and email you with details of how to activate your membership
  • While we process your application you will still be able to use your email address and password to log in and submit an abstract, register or pay
• I haven’t yet created an EACR Events account
  • You can apply online to join the EACR: click here to join now
  • We will process your membership application and email your membership details
  • You can then register for the meeting and pay the reduced registration fee

Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you submit a booking to us. By completing the checkout process you agree to the conditions.

Checkout and Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or BACS (bank transfer).  For compliance purposes, we require invoicing details from participants for all sales, even if you do not require an invoice. These will be collected on the next page. After that, you will be able to choose your payment method.

Please be aware that your choice of payment method cannot be changed after selection on the payment page. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of €30 to amend invoice details after an invoice has been created. Please allow a week for bank transfer payments to be reflected on your EACR login. These are checked and updated manually. 

Tax
Registration payments are VAT exempt.

Cancellation Policy
Registration payments can be cancelled and refunded in full prior to the registration deadline. The substitution of participants may be made at any time. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be emailed to hannah.barrs@eacr.org. Following the registration deadline, refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the conference organisers.

Industry rates
Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are funded to attend the meeting by that company. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.
