You’ll see signage at the main entrance to Centro Congressi Giovanni XXIII directing you to the EACR Conference to be held in the Lecture Theatre Sala Oggioni within the complex. Please make your way towards the registration desk, located on the ground floor to your left as you arrive through the main entrance.
You can register from 11:30 CET on Tuesday 17 March. Once registered you will be given your conference badge and pocket programme. If you notified us of any dietary requirements, these will be listed on the back of your badge in both English and Italian. Please ensure you wear your name badge at all times while you're at the conference. After the conference we will collect your badge for recycling.
You’re welcome to leave your coat and luggage in the cloakroom at Centro Congressi Giovanni XXIII but please note that this is an unsupervised area and personal items are left there at your own risk.

Poster presenters of poster numbers 1 – 77 can display their poster on their assigned board as soon as they are registered. The boards are 100cm wide by 145cm tall (portrait) and posters should be no larger than 90cm wide by 140cm tall (portrait). Please find your designated poster board (posters numbers will be displayed clearly on each board) and attach your poster. Poster presenters of poster numbers 78 – 153 can display their posters on their assigned boards from the morning coffee break on Wednesday 18 March (10:45-11:15). Materials to attach your poster will be provided for you.

If you are a solo traveller, attending the conference on your own, then please feel free to join us at the EACR Banner near the EACR Registration Desk during the afternoon coffee break on Day 1 (between 14:50 – 15:20) to connect with fellow solo attendees. Our friendly EACR staff and Ambassadors will be on hand to assist you, answer questions and offer insights into local dining spots and noteworthy attractions.
We will be providing refreshments during our designated Coffee Breaks as well as providing a selection of food during the lunch breaks on Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference.
Dietary Requirements (by prior arrangement only): Please identify yourself to the serving staff. Confirmed dietary requirements will be detailed on the reverse of your conference badge.
Tuesday 17 March, 17:05-18:00
Taking place on the first evening in the catering areas at the venue, our welcome reception will give participants the opportunity to meet new colleagues and reconnect with friends. A light buffet and welcome drinks will be served for all participants and exhibitors to enjoy.
Wednesday 18 March (19:30 CET)
The Conference Dinner will be taking place on the final evening of the conference in Taverna Valtellinese restaurant, a short walk from the conference venue. If you have already registered for the Conference Dinner, this will be listed on your conference badge. If you expected to attend the Conference Dinner but this is not indicated on your badge, please come to the EACR registration desk as soon as possible and during a coffee break.
It is important that you bring your participant badge with you to Taverna Valtellinese otherwise you may not be permitted entry.

Directions from the conference venue
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the conference venue to the dinner venue. Head north-west on Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII, turn left onto Largo Porta Nuova which becomes Via G. Tiraboschi. The entrance to the Taverna is just down the side street called Passeggiata Zeduri.
