Participants who will not be providing a VAT number will pay the full registration price including VAT (as detailed on the registration page).

Participants whose registration is paid by French VAT-registered organisations should pay registration rates and dinner ticket prices without VAT.

During checkout you will need:

• French organisation name and address (company, university, or institute). This should be who will pay the fees. 

• The French VAT number for the organisation must be indicated when filling out the invoice information. 

• If your invoice needs to be uploaded to the Chorus Pro Portal (CPP), you must provide a Purchase Order via email to the conference team. The billing information for the EACR invoice must match your Purchase Order or we will not be able to process the invoice on Chorus Pro and your registration may be affected.

Non-Member Industry rates

Industry rates apply to participants who work for a for-profit company and are not current EACR members. Having different levels of registration rates enables us to keep rates low for students and early-career researchers with limited access to funding.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you submit a booking to us. By completing the checkout process you agree to the conditions.

Checkout and Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or BACS (bank transfer).  For compliance purposes, we require invoicing details from participants for all sales, even if you do not require an invoice. These will be collected on the next page. After that, you will be able to choose your payment method. 

Participants whose registration will be is paid for by French VAT-registered organisations will be charged prices excluding VAT. 

Please be aware that your choice of payment method cannot be changed after selection on the payment page.  We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of €30 to amend invoice details after an invoice has been created. Please allow a week for bank transfer payments to be reflected on your EACR login. These are checked and updated manually. 

Tax

The prices quoted on this page exclude French VAT and are applicable only to participants whose registration is paid by French VAT-registered organisations, since they are eligible under French VAT law to pay registration rates without VAT. 

Cancellation Policy
Registration payments can be cancelled and refunded in full prior to the registration deadline. The substitution of participants may be made at any time. Any cancellation or substitution requests should be emailed to Christopher.iliffe@eacr.org. Following the registration deadline, refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the conference organisers.
