Essen, Germany : 12 - 14 May 2026
This 7th edition of our extremely popular EACR conference will showcase the latest breakthroughs in cancer genomics, multiomics and computational biology with a cutting-edge programme covering machine learning and artificial intelligence, single cell and spatial analysis of cancers, cell plasticity, cancer immune genomics, data integration and convergence, epigenetics, and genomic instability. Building on the strong reputation of our previous Cancer Genomics meetings, this refreshed conference embraces the full breadth of innovation transforming the field.
Featuring an exceptional international faculty, this conference will feature extensive networking opportunities and the perfect setting for top quality scientific interaction.
We look forward to welcoming you to Essen, Germany for this exciting meeting!
Cancer Genomics, Multiomics and Computational Biology 2026 will be relevant to participants from across fields including cancer genomics, spatial biology, systems biology, bioinformatics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cancer medicine, translational research, epigenomics, cancer immunology and molecular pathology. Importantly, early career researchers will have the opportunity to present their work to the international community.
The programme at this conference brings together the latest research advances in cancer omics and computational biology to better understand how tumours develop, grow and change in response to treatment. By combining powerful technologies—like different omic approaches, machine learning, AI and single-cell analysis—scientists can investigate the relationship between changes to the genetic material, cell composition and cell behaviour. This enables scientists to track how cancer evolves over time, how it interacts with the rest of the body, for instance how it impacts the immune system and why some cells resist treatment. These discoveries could lead to more accurate diagnoses and tailored therapies. The conference promotes collaboration among top experts, helping to speed up the translation of cutting-edge science into real-world benefits for cancer patients.
