Worldwide Cancer Research is a charity which funds research into any type of cancer anywhere in the world, funding some of most diverse projects in the world’s best institutions. In their 36 year history, based in the historic university town of St Andrews in Scotland, they have funded almost £200 million worth of research in 34 countries globally. They provide funding for projects which research the causes, mechanisms, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of cancer.
Worldwide Cancer Research co-funds the EACR’s Travel Fellowships Programme and also our Travel Grants for EACR Conferences. We are very grateful for this support, which helps the development of early-career researchers.
