Those wishing to attend both the Chromatin and Cancer and Transcription and Cancer meetings back to back will need to register for both meetings separately. Your registrations will be matched to ensure you retain the same study bedroom throughout the meeting.

Residential Registration rates include:
Two nights bed and continental breakfast, tea/coffee/biscuits mid morning and mid afternoon, 2 x two course fork buffet lunches, a two  course buffet dinner and a three course served conference dinner, drinks receptions, free parking, exhibition, programme book, delegate bag and internet access.

 

Registration Rates: Non Residential

Non-member	£300.00
Student	£200.00

Non-residential rates include:
Tea/coffee/biscuits mid morning and mid afternoon, two course fork buffet lunches, drinks receptions, free parking, exhibition, programme book, delegate bag and Wi-Fi internet access.

 

Please note: Evening meals, including the conference dinner, may be purchased in addition through the Conference Secretariat at the time of registration. The cost of the evening meals on Monday and Wednesday are £25 each (two course buffet dinner). The cost of the conference dinners on Tuesday and Thursday are £40 each (three course served dinner).

 

 

Additional Accommodation

Transcription and Cancer - Friday 10th and/or Saturday 11th

Additional accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis may be applied for via the Conference Secretariat prior to registration. This will be at an additional cost and is payable in advance.

 

Methods of Payment

Registration is incomplete until payment is received. You are able to make payment in the following ways;

Online: Our online payment gateway is Paypal, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. You can pay online by choosing your accommodation choice and clicking the Add to Purchases button.

Offline: Please download and complete the Offline Registration form and send it to us with your payment. Payment can be via cheque or bank transfer:

Cheques: Cheques should be made payable to "British Association for Cancer Research” in sterling on a bank with drawing facilities in the UK. Form & payment to be returned to: BACR Secretariat, c/o The McElwain Labs, The Institute of Cancer Research, Cotswold Road, Sutton, Surrey SM2 5NG.

Bank Transfer: Please contact Barbara Cavilla (Registrations and Abstract Submission) if you wish to arrange a bank transfer of the registration fees.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration after 27th May 2009 will be subject to a £75.00 administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 27th May 2009. No refunds will be made after this date; however substitution of delegates may be made at any time.
