Accommodation Information

Delegate accommodation will be reserved on the campus at Churchill College and a small number of rooms nearby.

Please note that all accommodation is reserved on a first come first served basis.

Those wishing to attend both the Chromatin and Cancer and Transcription and Cancer meetings back to back will need to register for both meetings separately. Your registrations will be matched to ensure you retain the same study bedroom throughout the meeting.

Should you require accommodation for extra nights before and after the meeting, at an additional cost, please contact the Conference Secretariat prior to submitting your registration form.

Key Allocation

Room keys will be distributed at the Accommodation Registration Desk and will only be available once you have completed registration for your meeting in the College Foyer.

 

Chromatin and Cancer Meeting

Registration will take place in the College Foyer from 0830 to 1300 on Monday 6th July 2009.

 

Transcription and Cancer Meeting

Registration will take place in the College Foyer from 1030 to 1200 on Wednesday 8th July 2009

 

Returning Keys

Participants leaving the Chromatin and Cancer Meeting on Wednesday 8th July will be required to vacate their rooms and hand back room keys to the Accommodation Registration Desk before 8.30am. A bag store will be provided for participants leaving on Wednesday 8th July.
